• To take, confirm, remind you of and manage your appointments. • To reply to your messages. Replies may be drafted with the help of an automated assistant that the studio supervises. • To send promotions, only if you opted in. • To prevent fraud and abuse of the booking system.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing. We share information only with the service providers that make booking possible: BukaTime, which hosts this website and the studio's appointment records; the website's hosting and security providers (Cloudflare, including its bot check); providers that deliver email and text messages; and, if you pay a deposit, the studio's payment processor. These providers may only use your information to provide their service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are a client of Lash Principal and afterwards for as long as needed for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
